Rental Information: Ceremony & Reception Rental with Setup Fees

Outdoors Ceremony Reception Setup Services (includes use of the Inn property for 4 Hours) 
 

Ceremony Setup: 
  • Includes Chairs and Archway. 
Reception Setup: 
  • Tables, Chairs, Linens, China, Glassware & Silverware 
  • Dressing Room for Bride & Bridesmaids
  • Wedding Rehearsal on Thursday or Friday 
  • Wedding Portrait Sitting Time Allotment 
  • All Setup & Cleanup Charges
  • Overnight accommodations for Bride and Groom

$2800.00 (accommodates up to 100-200 guests, slightly higher charge for groups in excess of 200)

$950.00 (maximum 50 guests - November through February) 
 

Horse & Carriage Services: 
The Bride arrives and departs the ceremony in a beautifully decorated Horse Drawn Carriage. 
$450.00 based on availability 

Dance Floors: 
Variety of Sizes Available 
$3.00 square foot 

Tent Rentals:
White Illuminated Decorative Tents: $75.00 each 
Large Tents available. Price determined on Actual Size Requested.
