• While we adore children, unfortunately our home does not provide a child-safe atmosphere. Children over 12 are welcome.

 
• Smoking is allowed on the east sun porch 

 
• Sorry, no pets 

 
• One nights deposit or credit card to confirm 

 
• 14-day cancellation notice required for full refund
